Biocraft carried out a thorough survey of my new house and the report I received was clear and comprehensive in outlining the required works. The surveyor, Clint, was professional and friendly, keeping me updated throughout, and the works were carried out to an excellent standard by the contracted electrician. Very pleased with Biocraft’s service from start to finish.

The whole process was undertaken with total respect for our property and although there was a few areas where some deposits were visible they were of a minimal nature and does not detract from the Stirling job both Dylan and Adam achieved.

The work was efficient, the workers polite and tidy. I was always kept informed as to arrivals and progress. The standard of the work is fantastic. For someone who hates my space being invaded this was a pleasant learning experience. Thank you!

From my initial contact until the job was completed I have been thoroughly impressed with Biocraft. Clint took the time to explain my options when I made my initial enquiry and after the survey sent a detailed email about what work he recommended. The team who carried out the remedial work were friendly, tidy and completed the work to a high standard. They went to additional effort to squeeze under the floor from a hole in the under stairs cupboard to avoid lifting my solid wood floor in the hallway. Communication was good. The quote was also less than I expected, which is always a bonus.

Clinton at Biocraft South West has been absolutely fantastic. Not only did he keep me informed of any changes to the scheduled works, he was also polite, patient and professional throughout. The work was carried out to what appears to be a good standard and we are currently in the process of waiting for the walls to completely dry out. On the whole, the subcontractors used were excellent. I would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again should the need arise.
